SIHOO by TWU 2-YEAR Limited Warranty

This certificate serves as an official warranty for your SIHOO ergonomic chair, ensuring quality and service for a period of two (2) years from the date of receipt. Please read the terms and conditions carefully.

Warranty Terms & Conditions:

  1. Warranty Period: Coverage begins on the date you receive your chair.
  2. Manufacturing Defects: If any manufacturing defects are noticed within seven (7) days of purchase, please notify TWU immediately. Defective parts will be replaced free of charge. To process the replacement, the following must be provided:
    • Digital images of the damaged part (including the gas lift code)
    • A video showing the manufacturing defect
  3. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty will be void under the following conditions:
    • Repairs or modifications conducted by unauthorized third parties
    • Alterations or transformations made to the original chair
  4. Manufacturer’s Workmanship: Minor variations in materials or workmanship that do not affect functionality are not covered under the warranty.
  5. Damage Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
    • Misuse, careless handling, or neglect
    • Willful damage, abnormal conditions, or relocation
    • Fire, flood, weather conditions, or other natural disasters
    • Absorption of body oils, perspiration, bodily fluids, or stains
    • Damage caused by pets or other animals
  6. Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, usual deterioration, dents, or scratches occurring from regular use are not covered.
  7. Warranty Coverage Limitation:
    • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
    • It does not extend to rented, resold, or commercial-use chairs.
  8. Storage Recommendations: If the chair is not in use for an extended period, we recommend storing it in a safe and cool place to avoid accidental or heat-related damage.
  9. Servicing & Replacement:
    • All repairs and replacements will be conducted at our TWU Service Center in Quezon City.
    • The buyer is responsible for transportation expenses related to servicing or replacement.
