I pre ordered the C500 Classic and paid in full, but after endless waiting and threatening to request a refund, they offered to exchange the "C500 Pro 4D" instead as a supposedly higher tier replacement due to logistical delays on their end. There I was appreciating the gesture that finally they're taking matters seriously but in reality the build quality relies heavily on plastic compared to the sturdier metal construction of the Classic version plus I can't even find any reading materials on that said 4D Pro chair anywhere online so not sure if it was an official one or whatnot. I only accepted it just to get out of dealing with them. Honestly, I feel like I was ripped off, this is my first and last order with this brand. If you are spending this kind of money on a chair, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere or don't pre-order.

The model your purchased is our Doro C500 Pro Model (offline store exclusive which is priced differently and higher). The model you mentioned is the C500 Classic which costs lower.

Awesome chair. Much heavier than my previous sihoo m57 which also makes it sturdier. Only caveat is my 5'5 proportions make it hard to reach the floor with my heels unless I sit perfectly straight.
Excellent chair which I use in my home office for many hours at a time. Only one setback I find is not suitable for sitting prolonged periods sitting whilst wearing short pants or skirt as the seat mesh fabric leaves a pattern on skin underside of legs and becomes irritating. However I overcame this by permanently placing a bath towel on top of the seat.
